Only one bed can be added in any type of room and cost would be INR 300 per night. You can drop a mail to inform about extra person & pay INR 300 at Hotel.

The Driver Will Meet You At Airport Outside EXIT Gate.

Our Pick up Team Will Monitor Your Flight Status. The Driver Will Be At Airport Till You Arrive.

No, there will be no extra charge for waiting.

(Q.10) How long will the driver wait for us?
The Driver Will Wait Till 3 Hours From The Time Of Your Flight Lands. After 3 Hours Driver Will Take Permission From Hotel. Only then would the driver be authorized to leave the terminal.

The journey time from the airport (Indira Gandhi International Airport) to Hotel Kwality takes between 30-40 minutes depending on the time of day and traffic conditions.

We serve sandwich/Toast with Tea/Coffee. Timing are between 6 A.M to 11 A.M.

Yes, we have luggage storage to keep luggage for some hours.

(Q.15) Why do you charge INR 140 for pick up when there is mention free pick up?
Pick up is free but parking charge at airport of INR140 only to pay by you while booking. Most of the Hotels hide it & ask to pay upon arrival but we don't hide it.

(Q.16) We are on the way to your hotel, will you please tell the driver about your location.
Ask the driver, have you seen the Sheila Cinema, if he says yes, then tell him, just go behind the shiela cinema on Arakashan Road. If he says no then tell him, when you go from Connaught Place to New Delhi Railway Station side, go straight, pass the over bridge. Now you on Arakashan Road, go straight on the left side you will find Hotel Kwality.
Please do not ask your driver to call us as most of the cases drivers mislead the clients and take them to different hotel or Information Centre.
